Warranty

 

On Consumables: All Consumables and supplies like ink cartridges, toners and accessories are also warrantied by the respected manufacturer. However, Pinnacle Sales Inc. will handle returns and replacements of defective products on behalf of the manufacturer.  On these items you are therefore encouraged to contact Pinnacle Sales directly by email with the information requested below in order to process an RMA.

 

Shortages or Damage

 

All shortages and damages must be reported to Pinnacle Sales within 3 days of invoice receipt at sales@pinnaclesales-ohio.com or by phone at 440-734-9195. If you receive a product that has been visibly damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery and notify Pinnacle Sales immediately. If you notice a product shortage or damage after the carrier has left, please contact Pinnacle Sales immediately thereafter.

 

Returns

 

All requests for returns must be made by contacting customer service at sales@pinnaclesales-ohio.com. Your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number, and whether you want refund or replacement, must be included. Your RMA request will be attended to promptly and our staff will contact you by phone or e-mail. If you do not hear from us in 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) please call customer support at 440-734-9195.

 

Return Acceptance Policy (Please Read Before Requesting RMA)

 

  • A return authorization must be requested within 120 days of the invoice date
  • Along with your RMA, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your purchases ONLY for the following reasons:

 

    • Pinnacle Sales Inc. shipping error
    • Defective on Arrival – Consumables Only

 

  • A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged on all other returns
  • Return freight must be arranged by you for all other returns
  • Returned consumables like ink and toner etc. found to be less than 70% full on return will charged to your account
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging
  • If you choose the Refund option, a credit will be effected to your credit card on receipt of the returned product
  • If you choose the Replace option, a replacement will be sent out immediately, but if the original return is not received within two weeks, the replacement cost will be charged to your credit card
  • Special order items and discontinued items are not returnable
  • Irrespective of the address on the carton, all defective material must be returned to Pinnacle Sales Inc.

 

If your situation is not listed in this policy or you feel you have unique circumstances, please call us at 440-734-9195 (M-F, 9-5 EST) to discuss your situation.  For products that are damaged in transit please notify the carrier immediately and then submit a return request. If you see outward appearances of damages while receiving the goods, you may also choose to refuse delivery and inform Pinnacle Sales Inc. by e-mail (sales@pinnaclesales-ohio.com) or phone (440-734-9195).
