Warranty
On Consumables: All Consumables and supplies like ink cartridges, toners and accessories are also warrantied by the respected manufacturer. However, Pinnacle Sales Inc. will handle returns and replacements of defective products on behalf of the manufacturer. On these items you are therefore encouraged to contact Pinnacle Sales directly by email with the information requested below in order to process an RMA.
Shortages or Damage
All shortages and damages must be reported to Pinnacle Sales within 3 days of invoice receipt at sales@pinnaclesales-ohio.com or by phone at 440-734-9195. If you receive a product that has been visibly damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery and notify Pinnacle Sales immediately. If you notice a product shortage or damage after the carrier has left, please contact Pinnacle Sales immediately thereafter.
Returns
All requests for returns must be made by contacting customer service at sales@pinnaclesales-ohio.com. Your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number, and whether you want refund or replacement, must be included. Your RMA request will be attended to promptly and our staff will contact you by phone or e-mail. If you do not hear from us in 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) please call customer support at 440-734-9195.
Return Acceptance Policy (Please Read Before Requesting RMA)
If your situation is not listed in this policy or you feel you have unique circumstances, please call us at 440-734-9195 (M-F, 9-5 EST) to discuss your situation. For products that are damaged in transit please notify the carrier immediately and then submit a return request. If you see outward appearances of damages while receiving the goods, you may also choose to refuse delivery and inform Pinnacle Sales Inc. by e-mail (sales@pinnaclesales-ohio.com) or phone (440-734-9195).
