Shipping Policy

Pinnacle Sales Inc. customers receive free shipping on orders over $400. Orders totaling less than $50 will be subject to a $5.00 minimum order handling fee.

 

Pinnacle Sales Inc. uses Fedex Ground, UPS, DHL and the United States Postal Service as our primary delivery partners. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your particular order.  All orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivery time for Free Standard Shipping is within 2-3 business days nationwide.  For most states and most orders, your order will reach you in 1-2 days. If you have a more urgent need, we offer three other options – a flat fee Rapid Ground Service at $3.95, Second Day Service and Next Day Service at actual discounted rates charged by our carrier.

 

All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO addresses will be delivered by the US Postal Service and may take up to 2 days longer.  Order tracking and delivery confirmation is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. You may call us to get only the shipping date in those instances.

 

If you provide a valid e-mail address while ordering, and ensure that e-mail from the domain pinnaclesales-ohio.com is not blocked by your e-mail filters, an e-mail confirmation with order details will be emailed to you once your order ships. You may also check the status of your order online under the “My Account” section of our website. Once you have logged in to the Pinnacle Sales website, click on the “My Account” button in blue on the left of your screen. From there, click on recent orders, and choose the order you would like to view. If the order has been shipped, the tracking information will appear in the “Status” box on the copy of your order. You may also call us at 440-734-9195 to get your tracking information.

 

If ordering more than one type of product, your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged, separately. In all cases, you will be providing with each tracking number if there are multiple shipments.

 

Pinnacle Sales Inc. retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests (Next Day Service etc.), bulk orders over $1000 that require special shipping, and pallet orders. Pinnacle Sales Inc. will contact the customer prior to shipment if such items apply.
